What is the return policy for RingWraps?
We have different return policies for Custom RingWraps orders versus Non-Custom RingWraps orders. Find further details for each type of order in the next few questions.
What is the return policy for NON-CUSTOM RingWraps orders? (TAMU, TAMU Galveston & SHSU - ONLY IF 10k yellow gold AND all diamonds)
We are confident that our fine jewelry will meet and surpass your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your non-custom order within 14 days of delivery, OR from the date it is gifted (you must tell us the gifting date upon order in writing, or else your return period starts from the date of delivery). *Please be aware that we charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns (unless opting for store credit), and initial shipping fees will not be reimbursed. We ask that you ship your purchase back in all original packaging, as there is a $75 fee if not returned in original condition with original packaging.
Once we have received your return, a refund (minus the 15% restocking fee + shipping) will be issued within 1-2 weeks. You can also opt for the full amount via store credit (minus initial shipping charges.)
Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
What is the return policy for CUSTOM RingWraps orders? (If it is required that you send your ring to us for our jewelers to make your RingWraps, the order is considered Custom)
If it is required that you send your ring to us in order for our jewelers to make your RingWraps (i.e. you select a metal other than 10k yellow gold; choose to customize your RingWraps with colored stones; are getting RingWraps for a ring other than TAMU, TAMU Galveston, or SHSU), then the order is considered, “Custom.” Any stone other than diamonds is also considered custom.
Custom orders are considered FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned, canceled or exchanged. There is a great deal of time, labor and love invested by both our team and our jewelers to hand craft each set of custom RingWraps. Each custom order is made entirely from scratch, starting with a CAD design, and then crafted to fit that ring specifically. This is the reason custom orders are final sale. What if I need to cancel my order?
Due to the custom nature of our products, ALL canceled orders will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Custom orders already in production can not be canceled. Some exclusions may apply, as a variety of our products are final sale.
What if I am gifting RingWraps? When does my return/exchange period start?
For non-custom orders, the 14-day return/exchange policy begins the day the RingWraps are gifted, AS LONG AS you notify our team (in writing) with this date prior to when the RingWraps are shipped/picked up - otherwise your 14-day period will start from the date your shipment is delivered to you.
Please be aware that there is a 10% cancellation fee for all canceled orders. For returns, please be aware that there is a 15% restocking fee or you can opt for full amount of store credit. We ask that you ship your purchase back in all original packaging and in original condition, as there is a $75 fee if not returned.
Custom orders are non-returnable/ non-refundable and considered FINAL SALE. Please note that initial shipping fees will not be reimbursed on any returns or exchanges.
What if I purchase RingWraps for someone and they want a different style?
We understand that choosing the perfect style can be difficult. Exchanging of RingWraps can easily be done during our 14-day exchange policy *THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO CUSTOM ORDERS*. The difference in cost of the two RingWraps is what would be charged or refunded. We will supply you with a prepaid fully insured UPS shipping label to make the exchange super easy! Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and we can help you start the exchange process.
How do I return or Exchange my Non-Custom RingWraps?
Please follow these steps to return or exchange your jewelry item(s):
- Contact email@example.com and request a return/exchange form for your order number.
- Fill out the return/exchange form and include it in your shipment with your purchase. For returns, be sure to include ALL original packing materials to avoid an additional $75 fee. Send your item(s) by an insured carrier - FedEx or UPS ONLY, NO USPS. Retain the tracking number for your records. For returns, we can provide you with a fully insured UPS return label for an additional $20 (plus sales tax), upon request. For Exchanges, we will provide the return label at no cost. Please allow up to 7 days for the processing of your return, once we receive it.
- Be sure to ship your package with insurance for the full value IF you are not getting your return label from us.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.
- Please do not write “jewelry,” “RingWraps” or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.
